3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with the Chrome Tech Stack and familiarity with C++, web application development, full-stack development, and related technologies.
Experience with software experiment design and analysis to measure the impact of new features and drive continuous improvement through a data-driven approach.
Understanding of user needs with the ability to translate them into innovative solutions through a user-centric mindset.
Ability to learn continuously, as Chrome is a project that utilizes a wide range of technologies.
