Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role in consulting or vendor extended workforce/IT services (e.g., Customer Support, Tele-Sales, Engineering, etc.).
Experience analyzing and advising commercial business agreements, and governing SOW constructs for service-based agreements and commercial models.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience preparing Strategy in Sourcing requests from business, consulting, and presenting to executive stakeholders.
Experience in a contract role with a professional services and consulting organization.
Ability to deliver business transformation programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to collaborate globally across vendors, business, operations, marketing, and product teams.
Ability to communicate and influence cross-functionally and at the executive level.
Ability to operate independently in complex environments, demonstrate thought leadership, and be result-oriented.
