In this role, you will:

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Qualified CA or Master’s degree or MBA in Finance from premier B Schools along with Information Technology, Computer Science/Information, or related field in Bachelors
• 4+ years of minimum experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst role in Salesforce/nCino Risk Rating & ART Risk Rating, preferably within commercial banking or financial services or in any large consulting firms.
• Experience/knowledge on Financial Spreading is mandatory, preferably within commercial banking or financial services or in any large consulting firms.
• SQL & SOQL both are mandatory skills along with Salesforce/nCino platform experience
• Salesforce Business Analyst certifications or nCino Business Analyst certifications, or Any Generic Business Analyst certifications are a plus.
• Experience with data migration and integration projects, including source-to-target mapping for legacy systems to modern cloud-based platforms.
• In-depth understanding of commercial loan origination processes, including loan applications, approvals, and servicing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and nCino platforms, with experience in data migration, system configuration, and workflow design.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts and find effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Expectations:

• End to end Ownership of Risk Rating & Financial spreading generation and automation of different applications like ART, nCino, Optimist etc.
• Requirement gathering and requirement generation
• Presentation - BRD/FSD/Business Glossary/Data Model/Test Strategy/Project Plan etc.
• Creating source to target mapping sheets & acquiring knowledge on multiple Risk Rating & Spreading applications
• Creating gap analysis documentation
• Process/Data Modelling - 'As Is'/'To Be'/ Visio/Enterprise Architect/Erwin, Etc.
• Functional Query log preparation & answers to end user quires
• Management or JIRA and Confluence
• Business stakeholders’ management
• End to end driving business meetings, creating MOM etc
• End to end project documentation
• Keeping an end to track of integration or platform piece of work
• End to end ownership of driving the piece of work to release
• Creating functional knowledge sessions to stakeholders and end users
• Use of Agile methodologies
• Requires strong SQL development skills, writing complex and analytical queries.
• Understanding of ETL tools and data migration best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and Business analysis reporting.
• Familiarity with data governance, data security, and regulatory requirements in financial institutions.
• Experience in Data Environment like data lake, data warehouse and big data related tools is plus.
• Solid technical background and understanding hands-on experience in software development life cycle.
• End to end collaboration with Technology, UAT Testing, and Business end users along with US product owners
• Strong Communication, problem-solving skills and working effectively with cross functional teams.
• Hands on Experience and knowledge on Risk Rating and Financial Spreading, preferably within commercial banking or financial services or in any large consulting firms are the key areas, along with hand on experience of nCino/Salesforce is desirable
