Job responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Supports product delivery across the full lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, solutioning, design/build and implementation
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Engages with cross-functional partners across the organization to lead, align and maintain productive partnerships
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years of applicable business experience with demonstrated expertise in Product development in Agile operating model/scrum team environment
- Proficient knowledge of product development life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and development teams to document business requirements, lead scope definition, technical implementation, end-to-end testing, and operational readiness
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines with calmness and composure under pressure
- Ability to think strategically, innovate and clearly communicate complex ideas
- Team player with the ability to work productively within a group and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
