The Project and Program Office as part of the ECS organization has the following priorities:
Manage system landscapes, provisioning, upgrades & migrations.
Perform project management for all SAP Cloud Customers of Enterprise Cloud Services, mainly focusing on HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), S/4HANA private cloud edition, S/4HANA Cloud extended Edition, HANA Enterprise Cloud advanced Edition and Cloud Application Services (CAS).
Act as the main interface to the customer project team to ensure effective communication.
THE ROLE
You are a key contact for all topics around Enterprise Cloud Services, mainly focusing on HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), S/4HANA private cloud edition, S/4HANA Cloud extended Edition, HANA Enterprise Cloud advanced Edition and Cloud Application Services (CAS) to ensure a smooth move for SAP Cloud Customers.
Your passion is the implementation and migration of different solutions and technologies including the design, configuration and operation of the solution landscape with the newest technologies, products and innovations.
The ECS PL manages the provisioning and upgrades of system landscapes
This role serves as an interface between the RISE Sales/Engagement and the ECS Technical experts.
Ability to work under pressure and constantly add value to customer and within organization.
Collaborate with different teams from within the ECS organization and outside to ensure excellent customer satisfaction; this includes interfacing with customers.
Steering partners / system integrators on operational level during onboarding projects.
Acting as the Trusted Advisor towards our customers during the Onboarding/Migration phase.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of experience in managing/ running landscape provisioning, installation, migration and release upgrades.
3 + years of experience with SAP Basis.
3 + years of experience with Project Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer facing role and should have excellent command on de-escalating the critical situations.
Experience with Datacenter migration.
Profound IT backend technology experience.
Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals.
Language : Japanese Fluent level /English Business level
Preferred skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or related fields.
Good understanding of SAP Next Generation solutions and services
