Responsibilities:

• Support the transformation efforts across Loan Operations driven by the implementation of Loan IQ.
• Partner closely with senior Wholesale Loan Servicing Operations leads
• Partner with Product Management to create technical specifications from requirements
• Lead the allocation and management of work across a globally distributed technology team
• Lead the implementation of critical regulatory driven changes to the loan servicing platform
• Coordinate with senior leadership from partner technology organizations throughout the firm
• Drive the design and implementation of key operational control improvements to the platform

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
• Experience with Loan IQ

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
