What You’ll Own:
You will lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to project stakeholders, partners, and peers
You will focus on programs that are part of our key priorities of the design organization
You will design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
You will ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
You will leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
You will partner cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
You will build relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
You will drive well managed practices across our portfolio
Basic Qualifications:
At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Resource Management
At least 3 years of experience in modeling and managing complex budgets
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
