Your key responsibilities
As a Senior in our SAP Financial Services practice,you will play a crucial role in aligning business needs with technical solutions.You should have prior experience with SAP ERP applications, particularly in Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), along with a foundational understanding of key Finance and Accounting functions (eg., Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay).
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the execution of comprehensive transformation programs, from strategy formulation to operational implementation
- Supporting Finance business teams in reimagining their target state through modern technology capabilities
- Designing Finance operating models and introducing innovative finance processes digital capabilities, focusing on SAP General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Accounting, Finance Master Data Management, and Allocations
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders to documenting business requirements and performing FIT-GAP analyses
- Supporting the project team in the development high-level solution design
- Configuring SAP-enabled solutions and completing relevant design and configuration tasks
- Testing solutions and supporting the defect break-fix cycle
- Consistently delivering high-quality client services, monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed of progress and anticipated outcomes
- Collaborating with international teams on multi-disciplinary global business transformations

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Over 3 years of hands-on end-to-end SAP Core Finance (FICO modules) implementation experience
- At least 2 years of implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA, covering a minimum of two SAP FICO modules
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial services company or comparable industry experience
- A basic understanding of core finance processes (e.g., Record to Report, Source to Pay, Acquire to Retire) and standard components of the Finance Technology Architecture (e.g., data warehouse, subledgers, general ledger, reporting tools)
- Knowledge of digitalization in financial processes and familiarity with current leading tools and enablers
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%
Ideally, you’ll also have
- SAP certification(s)
- Strong knowledge of core finance processes and finance architecture components
- Experience in process design and mapping
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
- Exposure to data modelling and reporting engagements
- A post-graduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to $211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
