  • Strong knowledge of the overall SAP S/4HANA roadmap and experience with assisting clients to understand the myriad of options available to them. This should include preparing the business case to define an appropriate roadmap for their business and ultimately helping them in executing that roadmap.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, commerce, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance and/or other related major
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the SAP domain, including numerous years of hands-on functional experience
  • A minimum of 4 years of SAP management experience, covering a minimum of 2 full-cycle projects in the Metals & Mining sector.
  • Define how the scope goals and deliverables of projects should support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project lifecycle and effectively communicate and manage project expectations to project managers owners sponsors team members and other stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Prior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies
  • Systems thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand.
  • Project and program management planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with abstract concepts and communicate these effectively through compelling written and graphical materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology consultants through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, conversion and testing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $120,500 to $216,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
