Duties: Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions. Provide support for Treasury & Trade solutions Global Payments & Receivables suite of applications for production stability and efficiency. Conduct feedback reviews, ensuring issues and long-term strategic fixes are tracked to closure. Perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems, prioritization, escalation, root cause analysis with follow-through to resolution. Involved in audit and compliance related issues. Lead stability initiatives for application high availability for Business-As-Usual, monitoring, failover and resiliency. Handle incidents, problems and change at a global enterprise level. Delivery of end-results. Assess customer requirements for operational procedures to achieve suitable outcomes for stakeholders. Collaborate for escalation and management of production issues. Design and execute mature monitoring models covering Hardware, Websphere, Database, Network, Application flows and architecture dashboards using Geneos ITRS, Kibana and App Dynamics. Execute Engineering & Tools Adoption work stream for Global Payments & Receivables suite of applications. Develop solutions for end-to-end observability framework for monitoring workflows. Work with development and testing team for new application development analysis, design, User Acceptance and performance test reviews. Coordinate with internal technology stakeholders for technical issue analysis, escalation and resolution in production. Involved in production support side for application development requirement analysis, design and new processes. Design automated solutions for global payment & receivables applications, daily checkouts, and code comparison between primary & second sites. Define, record, and execute application disaster recovery plans and procedures. Perform Datacenter switches between Production and Continuity of Business servers using Network switches, DNS configuration and IP assignation. Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives at Enterprise, sector and LOB levels to ensure application stability and resiliency; update status that is reportable to regulatory agencies. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, IT or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Production Support Lead, Sr Technical Consultant, Sr Project Lead, Team Lead, Tech Lead Analyst, Sr. Analyst, or related position in the global payments technology domain. 6 years of experience must include: Production support and services for global payments and receivables applications; Geneos ITRS, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash, Splunk, AppDynamics, Glassbox, Grafana; Wily, Micro-Strategy, Power BI & Mongo Charts; Computer architecture and software engineering; Management Information Systems; Financial accounting and analysis; Workflow Observability & Monitoring techniques skills; and Java, J2EE, JMS, Apache Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, IBM ConnectDirect, Apache Kafka, Zookeeper, ShellScript, Oracle Database (RDBMS), PL/SQL MongoDB, Python, JDBC, TeamCity, U-Deploy, Docker, OpenShift.
