We are seeking a driven Channel Management and Effectiveness Manager to support our global efforts with a focus on the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Based in Warsaw, this role will contribute to the strategy and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal performance, precise targeting, and consistent branding across all channels. You will also support global projects, facilitate cross-region partnerships, and collaborate with senior channel managers to drive continuous improvements in channel effectiveness and Return-On-Investment (ROI). As a Channel Management and Effectiveness Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence regional strategies, support global initiatives, and help optimize our talent acquisition channels across the EMEA region while partnering with senior channel managers on cross-regional efforts.

What you’ll do

Channel Management:

• Support the optimization of all channels to market to ensure quality applications across the EMEA region and explore new channels for global integration.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all go to market channels.

• Contribute to global recruiter training initiatives and streamline processes to improve channel utilization and maintain best practices.

Campaign Activation/Budget:

• Assist in the deployment and management of always-on campaigns across global channels, including LinkedIn and other paid media such as Google Search, Display Banner Ads, Native Ads, Video Streaming, and Sponsored Jobs.
• Support senior channel managers and campaign managers with targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness across regions.
• Manage budgeting for paid campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across all campaigns.

Data-Driven Decisions:

• Monitor and track campaign performance across all channels and regions, supporting ROI analysis and strategy adjustments.
• Conduct reviews of job board and channel performance globally and ensure accurate data collection for reliable performance metrics.
• Assist in consolidating global campaign data to establish benchmarks and conduct gap analyses.

What we’ll need from you

• Proven experience in recruitment marketing and channel management, facilitating cross-region partnerships is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with paid media, programmatic advertising, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing budgets and working with third-party vendors is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
