This role will be based in our New York, NY office.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inquiries from customers relating to operational procedures
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Find creative solutions to customer issues
- Maintain high level of knowledge of Payoneer products, services, and procedures
- Commitment to meet department requirements like Service Level Agreements, performance metrics etc.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction and meet regulatory guidelines
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of customer service or related experience handling incoming inquiries
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fintech/Financial Services experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment with high efficiency

The annual base salary range for this position is: $50,000 - $60,000.
