Payoneer Customer Care - Business Specialist

This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

What you’ll do:

• Handle inquiries from customers relating to operational procedures
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Find creative solutions to customer issues
• Maintain high level of knowledge of Payoneer products, services, and procedures
• Commitment to meet department requirements like Service Level Agreements, performance metrics etc.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction and meet regulatory guidelines

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of customer service or related experience handling incoming inquiries
• Bachelor's Degree
• Fintech/Financial Services experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment with high efficiency

The annual base salary range for this position is: $50,000 - $60,000.
