Economics and Bookkeeper student
You are responsible for
- Responsible for execution of relevant purchase to pay (P2P) processes within their assigned scope in compliance with directives and in an effective way.
- Responsible for invoices postings according to local tax and VAT requirements, vendor reconciliations including ERP vendor account reconciliations.
- Support in preparations and controls of payment process.
- Responsible that all activities are properly and timely executed.
- Support in effectiveness of the internal controls relating to the PTP processes.
- Support standardization, simplification and operational excellence in P2P including participating in new financing tools implementations.
Must
- student of Economics\ Bookkeeping studies
- Ability to work at least 3 days a week
- Experience with
Advantage
- Certified bookkeeper
- Relevant work experience in a multinational company
- Fluent English (talk, read, write)
- Work experience with SAP ERP
