Responsibilities: As the SAE, you will be responsible for strategic clients and the development of relationships with them. Your main tasks will include:
Developing a commercial growth plan for each client, with milestones aimed at materializing opportunities every quarter.
Identifying and generating sales opportunities to support our clients in successfully executing their projects, whether leading these implementation projects or supporting client and/or partner teams.
Managing an extended Services team composed of Business Transformation Consultants, Technical Experts, and Functional Experts.
Being an integral part of the "Value Added Team" account team to define the best value proposition for our clients and support the sale of our Cloud solutions.
Meeting quantitative and qualitative objectives set for the year while providing maximum visibility on the progress and closure of ongoing business deals.
Profile :
Proven experience in complex sales (+10 years): negotiation and closing of SAP integration and support contracts.
Ability to design support offers for the business transformation of our clients.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering value to clients.
Autonomy and leadership in creating value propositions for clients and with partners.
Ability to learn and regularly acquire knowledge of new offerings. Innovation-driven: AI, Business Data Cloud.
Strong self-awareness with the ability to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and French
