To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with a consulting firm, in an audit or accounting advisory domain
- Experienced in conducting audits (PCAOB audit experience is a preference)
- CPA/CA/ACCA certification
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP will be an added advantage
- Experience in providing services to clients undertaking capital raise
- Strong management skills to lead teams, delegate appropriately, mentor, review performance and counsel employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
