About this role:
On the CIB Strategy team, you willwork directly for our Business Strategy leaders, where you will play an integral role in thought leadership and strategic planning across a range of topics.
In this role, you will:
- Play a critical role in the enterprise strategic planning process
- Partner with stakeholders and peers to develop Board and OpCo materials, business reviews and strategic plans
- Develop and consolidate ‘house views’ on topics impacting CIB and help drive our response
- Partner with LOBs and functions to address critical strategic issues
- Identify opportunities and strategies for improvement (e.g., processes, risk)
- Support complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning
- Review and analyze complex larger-scale or longer-term challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking or Capital Markets
- Experience at a Big 4 or other Management Consulting Top Tier Firm
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Investment Banking, or Markets Sales and Trading Strategy development
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic initiatives
- Experience in supporting cross-organizational strategic initiatives, transformation initiatives, and/or change management initiatives at a large bank with the ability to drive change in a consistent and well aligned manner
- Experience developing and maintaining exceptional partnerships with internal and external clients
- Ability to lead and operate collaboratively, execution focused, and results oriented
- Excellent communication skills along with highly proficient technical skills in MS Office
Pay Range
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
