Career, Development and Performance Subject Matter Expert for Malaysia, providing feedback and input into the performance and growth process for the country.
Review Global materials and guidelines relating to Career, Development and Performance and assess suitability; localize as appropriate
Support the identification of priorities and implement initiatives relating to Career, Development and Performance (CDP) to feed into local strategy, as required.
Oversee the performance management process and compliance for the country; liaising with global teams as required.
Act as point of contact for other talent functions within the country on matters relating to Career, Development, and Performance.
Subject Matter Expert for Leadership Evaluation and Development (LEAD) for Malaysia
Champion change effort and communications, review materials, work with relevant stakeholders on strategy and change management works
Ensure implementation of LEAD activities by Talent Consultants including compliance and timeline
Analyse LEAD data post Leadership Reviews – work on succession planning activities, identify developmental needs and process improvements
Support the development of EY people in Malaysia based on Talent review outcomes by:
Obtaining and analyzing data from Talent Consultants on developmental needs
Presenting key findings and plans to the leadership (i.e. Talent Board) team to obtain leadership buy-in
Where needed, coordinating with the CoE or other functions to develop firmwide targeted programs to address these needs and provide guidance to Talent Consultants on Service Line specific programs

Champion change effort and communications, review materials, work with relevant stakeholders on strategy and change management works
Coordinate systemic activities on the ground
Identify and implement enablers to support behaviour change and transition of the business to new ways of working.
Understand the latest trends and contemporary topics to provide insights to talent colleagues and the business.
Build close working relationships with colleagues across Talent (including Learning, Talent Consultants, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusiveness, etc.) to deliver an integrated service.
Other sub-projects and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Graduate qualifications in HR or Business or any field with
Knowledge / Skills
Experienced in performance management work and project management; having worked in a large-scale and complex project is a plus point
Strong commercial acumen and business awareness – i.e., clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between the talent team strategy and business strategy
Has strong change management skills and a desire to act as a change champion
Collaborative team player, able to bridge the gap between country perspective with that of the wider organization
Ability to be flexible and agile to multiple conflicting demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguity
Ideally 6-8 years of working experience in:
HR in professional services or corporate environment
Organizational design, talent development preferred
