In this role, you will:
- Manage overall asset management of a portfolio or commercial real estate loans and investments within Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management functional area.
- Contribute to large scale planning related to functional area deliverables.
- Review and research moderately complex operational challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Review, understand and interpret a wide array of loan/investment documents. Understand all aspects of the real estate transaction including the loan/investment structure,borrower/partnership/LLCstructure, property, management and market.
- Identification of issues and preparation, presentation, and execution of watch list and other action plans; writing memos concisely capturing key parameters, assessing, analyzing and reporting balance sheet and investor risk with support of Senior Asset Managers.
- Need to interact withborrowers/developers/generalpartners, investors and other internal and external stakeholders through with guidance from Senior Asset Managers.
Required Qualifications:
- Post Graduation in Finance / MBA Finance
- Any previous experience supporting US CRE market would be a plus.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- 8 to 10 years of asset management or underwriting experience in one or a combination of the following:
- Ability to read and understand basic commercial real estate loan documentation, securitization documents, including pooling and servicing agreements and related documentation.
