• S/he must possess superior technical leadership, communication skills and demonstrates independence in decision making.
• As a Senior Quality Engineer in scrum team, you will be responsible to define the strategic direction for software testing, quality assurance, including test automation.
• Analyse, define, implement and execute quality and test related activities for the team according to a given quality and test strategy defined by QPA or central teams
• Own responsibility for the quality of the products - Define quality measures on team level to ensure Quality Goals and related KPIs are met.
• Preparing functional Test cases based on specification and execute manual tests. Follow up on test results, contribute to working software at the end of each sprint
• Writing Automated Tests (WebdriverIO, Selenium, , Catalon etc.) and executing them Work on ongoing improvements in test strategy &test approachWhat you bring
• Strong educational qualifications (Engineering majors, MCA from reputed institutes, Masters in Quality Management is preferred)

• 7-12 years of experience in software Testing/Quality Assurance/ Automation/especially in white box and functional testing
• Proficient in Manual and Automated Testing, Hands-on experience in automation preferably WebdriverIO or Selenium.
• Experience in QA processes and tools, test management systems, designing and running tests on web applications or backend systems and analysing bugs
• Functional knowledge of at least one SAP module (Preferably SAP Procurement or SAP Finance) to help the team perform the functional correctness testing
• Experience in being part of a large-scale software development projects distributed across geographical locations.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment
Optional skills
• Business Domain experience in SAP Procurement and Invoicing
