Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, operations, enforcement or related experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in relevant field.
- 2 years of experience with regular and significant exposure to the content removal processes, calibrations, and escalation management.
- Experience in data-driven risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of child safety or other scaled abuse operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to identify trends and patterns, find solutions, and grow in an ever-changing environment, all while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Track record of working in complex policy compliance, content analysis, or Trust and Safety.
