Run and be responsible for legal operations projects focused on elevating operational efficiency across the Legal, Compliance & GR team.
Lead projects with an emphasis on optimizing processes and identifying tools to improve operational efficiency .
Partner with internal and external collaborators, including ITSS (Information Technology Solutions & Services), to drive successful implementation and adoption of innovative changes.
Lead portfolio management and multi-functional initiatives, engaging team members at all organizational levels to ensure alignment and success.
Leverage technology implementation experience to enhance project outcomes and streamline operations.
Use data analytics to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend new tools or technologies to improve efficiency and user experience.
Ensure comprehensive documentation, communication, and training initiatives to support organizational change and enhance team understanding.
Conduct performance analysis and report project outcomes using quantitative and qualitative measures to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, demonstrating a consistent track record in leading a variety of projects from inception to completion.
In house legal or compliance experience a plus.
Proven experience in designing and implementing change management, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new processes and technologies.
Scrum Master experience preferred, to facilitate iterative project execution and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize sophisticated data for informed operational and strategic decision-making.
