Job responsibilities
- Provides a high level of responsiveness to Leadership & Pay Ops BM requests
- Produces quality and engaging communications materials
- Communicates effectively with business partners (HR & Finance) to obtain key information
- Helps to coordinate and administer local and international town halls and offsites
- Manages data on collaboration sites such as SharePoint
- Supports the team objectives to manage direct and indirect costs
- Identifies ways to improve processes/procedures to enhance quality and/or productivity
- Analyses data and produce reports when required

- Intermediate level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Cash, Payments or Finance
- Technical and analytical skills, data manipulation (Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Able to work comfortably and confidently under pressure and deadlines
- Data Management – able to effectively apply best practices in data management without compromising speed and quality
- Data Analysis – skills to source, analyse and visualise large data sets that leads to usable outcomes
- Change management - challenge the status quo
- Helps promote a client/customer centered organisation
