Intense calendar management, organizing meetings across multiple time zones - in person and virtually. Book and maintain complex travel schedules, domestic & international and process expense reports in a timely manner. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Act as a liaison between your executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Accountability for excellent and cooperative relationships with other assistants.
