Principal TechnicalProgram Manager with a strongbackground, and a proven track record ofcomplex programs spanning infrastructure (Cloud, on premise), CAD,EDA, andday to day operations (support,budgeting, planning)at large scale, with complex dependencies,andleveraging datato provide insights andimprove the decision making systemsProgram Manager will be part of theCloud Infrastructure,Silicon Analytics,Design leadunderstand ourdeploying adata-centric approach to decision-making necessary for the silicon research, design, and implementation, as well asdrive our next generation infrastructure enhancements and system migration.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degreein Engineering, Computer Science, DataAnalyticsor similar domains
• AND12+years’ experienceinanengineeringposition, Technical ProgramManagementor data analytics position, including:
• 5+yearsexperiencemanaging cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 5+years experienceDriving anorg strategy with complex dependencies and at a large scalethoughdirectly managing ateam of TPMswith diverse domainexpertise
• 3+yearsexperiencein EDA jobs execution on the Cloud, Cloud Infrastructure, or CADflows
• 3+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
• Hands-on experiencein EDA tools execution on the cloud,&cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience inAutomation, CADflows, andandleveragingdata in MicrosoftPowerBifor decision making
• Proven leadership and excellent team building abilities
• Clear understanding of Program Management processes and methods

• Build and manage a team of TPMs & Operations for the India team
