The position
As the Drivers Team Lead, you will manage a team of drivers, ensuring the successful execution of data collection requirements and orchestrating key role in operational projects.
What will your job look like?
- Manage driver operations, including task assignments, process monitoring, and cross-team coordination.
- Oversee testing, maintenance, and inventory of equipment and vehicle fleet management.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet data collection requirements.
- Become an expert in Driving and drive related concepts with the ability to track data deeply, train drivers across various testing tracks, and provide constructive feedback to the team.
All you need is:
- 3+ years of team management experience – Mandatory.
- 3-4 years from a technological industry experience – preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or related field – Mandatory.
- High proficiency in English and a clean driving record – Mandatory.
- Automotive industry interest and advanced driving proficiency – Advantage.
- Familiarity with BI, ERP (NetSuit), project management tools (Jira & Asana) and ADAS products – Advantage.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in dynamic environments.
- Availability for full-time work (on site), including overtime and travel abroad.
