Role Name and Description

ACR Senior Accountant. This role is responsible for multi-country Corporate/ Group Accounting processes including Statutory Accounting & supporting the Statutory Audit cycle and preparing PBCs, Month-End Close activities and Variance Analysis, Account Reconciling.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Meticulous adherence to the compliance calendar of Client to ensure a smooth Audit Process and preparing all PBCs in a timely fashion,
• Participating in the preparation of the Annual Report and working with GAAP bridging files,
• Conducting Variance Analysis on P&L and Balance Sheet by deducting logical conclusions for driving factors behind variances,
• Working with AP, AR, ICO, Tax, Cash, FA, Payroll Teams to ensure an efficient Month-End Close and monitoring the ledgers from accounting compliance perspective,
• Taking the initiative to action on open items and resolving challenges,
• Gaining a deep understanding of business processes and operations adopted by the Client to identify their requirements and ensure it is met through regular updates, schedules and reports,
• Participating in process improvements.

To qualify for the role, You must have

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or accounting or equivalent is a must, master’s degree is a plus,
• 3+ years of end-to-end accounting experience, including Statutory Accounting and working with GAAP bridging files,
• Experience in Statutory Audit Cycle, preparing PBC requests and working with Auditors,
• Fluent in professional English,
• Advanced knowledge of Excel,
• Experience in using ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Blackline)
• Experience in Shared Service Centre is preferred,
• Strong understanding of general accounting processes and principles,
• ERP user experience (SAP/Oracle/Blackline) & advanced Excel skills.
