- 10+years of relevant work experience in Partner Sales/ Partner Management in the IT industry
- 8+ of Experience managing Partners and successfully working with internal teams to build new capabilities and implement new projects
- Experience in managing Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)

- Experience developing ISV partnerships in the Business Application space or in Vertical/Industry Applications
- 5+ years managing Channel Partners
- Verbal and written communications skills
