We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Workday Integration Developer to join our IT Development Team. The Senior Workday Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within the Workday platform, with a specific focus on Workday Studio developments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of Workday’s integration tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

How will you make an impact?

• Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and other Workday tools
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and build custom integrations and reports to meet business needs.
• Maintain and enhance existing Workday integrations, ensuring they are up-to-date and perform optimally
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday integrations and other Workday-related processes
• Provide technical support and expertise in Workday development/integration tools
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor junior team members on Workday technical development and integration best practices

Have you got what it takes?

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree
• 5 – 7 years of of hands-on experience in Workday technical development and integration
• Strong understanding of Workday Financials and HCM modules
• Proficiency in:
  • Workday Studio
  • EIB
  • Workday Report Writer
  • Workday Calculated Fields
  • Core Connectors
  • Data Transformation
  • Workday RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service).
• Strong experience with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT
• Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Workday certification(s) in Integration, Studio, or other relevant areas is preferred
