Integration, Verification & Testing (IVT) comprises the integration of SW and / or HW or system components into system, platform, product releases, or networks and verifies the integrated entity or network against particular requirements and specifications. Covers setup and maintenance of laboratory and associated equipment, tools, and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project to simulate a live production telecommunication network.
• Define project scope, create detailed timelines, manage resources, and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Implement methods and procedures used in live telecom operator environments.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication networks and live production environments.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Kubernetes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience working in a telecom operator environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Experience with network simulation tools and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OCP is considered as a big advantage
• Experience with HW or Infrastructure certification is a plus
• Linux administration
• GIT knowledge
• Networking knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of storage systems
• Automation and CI/CD
