In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong analytical and data management skills along with superior attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cloud-based HR tools (ServiceNow/Workday)
- Good with details and have strong interpersonal skills
- Good communicator, keeping Reports to Manager informed on the status of queries, issues, and concerns
- Experience in effective handling of escalations
Job Expectations:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday, Vendor Management System (e.g. Beeline) and/or other similar Human Resource related systems
- Knowledge in SharePoint and Power BI Dashboard
