1. Operate, support, and maintain robust and scalable license server infrastructure to support Kuiper's growing engineering and development teams.2. Lead the optimization of license utilization across various software tools and applications used in satellite design, testing, and operations.3. Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline license management processes, including provisioning, monitoring, and reporting.4. Collaborate with software vendors to troubleshoot issues, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal performance of licensed applications.5. Conduct regular audits of software licenses to ensure compliance and identify cost-saving opportunities.6. Create and maintain documentation for license server architecture, processes, and best practices.7. Support and operate the team's other Productivity Infrastructure8. - 4+ years of site reliability engineering (SRE), systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration experience
- 5+ years of Linux experience
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or relevant work experience
- Experience in any of the following: Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell or equivalent

- Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols such as HTTP and DNS
- Experience designing and developing scripts to automate operational burdens and reviewing scripting changes to ensure they meet the standards for maintainability, scalability and security
- Experience working in 24/7 production environment
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services
