What you'll do
- Presentation Slide Creation
- Design compelling PowerPoint slides that effectively communicate complex ideas and data, ensuring consistency with SAP Brand guidelines.
- Product Documentation
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive product documentation that is clear and concise.
- Market Research
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and benchmark against competitors.
- Gather and summarize the latest R&D studies.
- Browse and analyze online community platforms (SAP internal and external) for user feedback, providing actionable insights to improve our product.
- Feature & User Testing
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating user testing sessions to gather qualitative data on new features.
- Assist in feature testing to ensure product quality and functionality, documenting any issues and feedback.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Psychology, information architecture, interaction design, product management, design, communication
- Computer skills: Figma, Powerpoint, User research
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills: Team player, storytelling, presentation skills
- Location: Ability to join our team in the office in Walldorf'
