As System Engineer, IB, you will be responsible for investigating key customer product quality and safety issues, assessment risk and affect, utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, ensuring compliance with risk management, design control procedures and standard/regulatory change, driving continuous product quality improvement and customer satisfaction through design perspective.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and patient monitoring system, using acquired technical expertise and product knowledge to lead investigation, analysis, evaluation of IB projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business requirements, procedures, and product / program requirements.
• Formulate and implement plans for problem solving.
• Organize the brainstorming, recommend approaches, and develop action plans to solve the critical IB technical issue and program requirements.
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the key customer product quality and safety issues while consistent with risk management and design control procedures.
• Monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant changes.
• Take lead continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biomedical engineering, Electric Engineering, or Computer Science
• At least 5 years of engineering experience, Knowledge & experience conducting design and service of medical device preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude, data analysis, engineering logic thinking and demonstrated ability to analyze & resolve problems.
• Strong technical document written skills
• Ability to guide and influence others.
• Good oral and written English
