You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Albany, NY location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our Industrial Automation & Process Control solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

The annual base salary range for this position in NewYork is $65,000-$75,000. Please note that this salaryinformation serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation & Process Control technologies, including flow, temperature, LEL, pressure, 4-20mA, Thermocouple, RTD, Thermal Oxidizers, liquid level, and Ultrasonic Level and Detection
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
• Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
