Job Description
Support and maintenance of CAM and Engineering software service, based on customer requirements and company business requirements. To lead and complete CAM and Engineering software projects.
- Learn and practice all company internal systems, internal process and procedures particularly Customer Support service and system guidelines, process and procedures.
- Provide specific product demonstrations relating to software on all aspects of highly complex products to customers and assess potential applications to meet customer needs
- Participate in the sales support demonstration and presentation as required.
- Carry out professional on-site or remote support activities and close service calls effectively and efficiently in accordance withcompanyprocedures and standards.
- Timely escalation of issues and problems according to company standards and guidelines.
- Participate to improve customer satisfaction and achieve competition mindset by finding out and communicating to managements the needs and requirements of customers and competitor activities.
- Prepare quality documentation as required by the company standard and guideline.
- Share products knowledge and gained experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-years PCB MI/CAMdesign experience and maintenance experienc
- Preferably familiar with KLA Frontline software products, such as InPlan/InFlow/ Genesis2000/InCAM Pr
- ExcellentPCB CAMmaintenance knowledge or experience.
- Good interpersonal skill and proven record of a team player.
- Good trouble shooting skill.
- Good presentation skill.
- Customer oriented and excellent customer handling skill.
- Knowledge on computer technology, Network and Linux.
- Willingness of travel
