Experience in manufacturing and Quality Control of highly sophisticated electronic assemblies
Experience developing process quality plans, supplier quality audits, and driving corrective actions and failure analysis efforts.
Working knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations.
Leading failure analysis with a first principles approach and large amounts of data
Disciplined in GD&T practices with close attention to datum establishment and tolerance analysis
Project management experience and a solid understanding of problem-solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical analytical tools using JMP or Minitab
Familiarity with critical assembly/joining processes of glueing, HAF, PSA, welding & critical quality metrics
Strong communication skills and passion to learn and adapt to a highly cross-functional collaborative environment

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering or similar. ME/MS preferred
