- MBA or equivalent degree
- 9 years of experience in strategy consulting
- Experience effectively navigating complex, matrixed organizations, marshalling cross-functional teams to collaborate on cross-functional projects, and influencing senior executives
- Experience envisioning and scoping projects, structuring problems and building frameworks, and delivering compelling data-driven recommendations that shape businesses and organizations
- Skilled at building persuasive, executive-level presentations and building and interpreting financial models
