Minimum qualifications:

- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with statistical and simulation analysis, SQL, relational data, and BI tools.
- Experience with annual planning like quota setting and territory management.
- Experience in sales compensation planning or incentives programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience working with executive leadership and partnering with sales or product management in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, or Marketing teams in the consumer hardware industry.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple manner.
