Leadership experience in a 24x7 operation supporting physical IT infrastructure (compute, network, storage). Experience working with network architecture and client server technology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. 2+ years of experience with Service Desk, remote support, and KPI tracking.
