KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Critical Initiatives and Execution:- Partner with the Head of Enterprise Sales to develop and implement the strategic vision for the Enterprise Sales organization.- Supervise and report on key performance metrics, ensuring programs are on track to meet or exceed targets.2. LEADERSHIP SUPPORT:- Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Enterprise Sales, providing insights, recommendations, and support on key business decisions.- Prepare and lead content for executive meetings, presentations, and reports.3. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:- Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment and coordination on key initiatives.- Support talent management and development initiatives within the organization.5. PARTNER MANAGEMENT:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external collaborators.- Represent the Head of Enterprise Sales in meetings and engagements as needed, ensuring that the organization’s interests are effectively communicated and advocated.
