Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years people management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years people management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience working with Data and Applied Sciences teams delivering experiences based on integrated AI features
  • Demonstrated product innovation thought leadership resulting in high quantified value of delivered features.

Responsibilities

As Principal AI/ML Product Management Lead, your role will be focused on delivering integrated AI/ML capabilities in partnership with the Product teams. You will work with cross-functional teams of product managers, Data and Applied Scientists, Designers and Engineering leads to build new product experiences, shape underlying AI capabilities that support these experiences, and foster a culture of innovation and high-craft product making.

  • Develop and execute long-term AI Ops vision and near-term strategic plans for AI systems across the CXP portfolio of products and services in collaboration with product leadership.
  • Partner with Product, Data Science and Engineering managers to drive impact of AI projects throughout the life cycle from idea creation through technology transfers, applied research, experimentation, implementation and finally to worldwide availability.
  • Engage with teams across the company to develop and implement innovative solutions that leverage generative AI to enhance cloud customer experience.
  • Lead a team of PMs who will define the scope for the Data & Applied Scientists, groom the AI product feature backlog and deliver fully integrated AI capabilities
  • Resolve complex alignment issues, contribute to portfolio-level solutions, and drive cross-functional clarity with leadership.
  • Create, monitor and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize AI/ML product performance.
  • Ensure compliance to Microsoft Responsible AI standards throughout the AI system lifecycle
