The Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) is a global organization within Citi with 900+ employees located across the globe, GIAM Budapest has 300+ colleagues locally. GIAM manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. GIAM works in partnership with other Citi departments to build appropriate security architecture in new applications and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues.
What you will do:
Strong understanding of the respective Citi products, processes and policies. Ability to review processes in accordance to Citi Policies.
Handle complex escalations, problems independently by utilizing key information security administration practices, policies and providing excellent customer service. Assist and participate in severity escalation management.
Participate process changes and improvements that increase operating efficiency based on CitiLean methodology and initiatives.
Perform customer service support and work closely with other business groups throughout Citi to provide support.
Provide guidance regarding information security concepts/policies, develop and suggest implementation into day-to-day work.
Identify, register, and resolve potential compliance issues, including the accurate closure of service requests and inventory tracking.
Communicate the need for change, by taking potential solutions to the senior analysts and team manager.
Assist with project work, change tasks and checkouts as needed.
Your profile:
University degree.
At least 2 years of relevant experience (Information Security).
Good command of English and Hungarian language (both verbal and written).
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software.
Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity.
Proven analytical skills.
