• Technical functions in support of engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry or specialized test equipment
• Applications may include analog, digital and/or video circuits, logic systems, and packaging.
• Work from schematics, diagrams, written, and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions.
• Conduct engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect design data or assist in research work.
• Perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment
• Maintain and manage and engineering lab and equipment
• Perform Altium PCB layout as needed
• Perform PCB soldering and assembly as needed
• Organize and manage calibration of engineering lab equipment as needed

Minimum requirements:

One of the following:

• Associate's Degree or Technical Diploma/Certificate in an approved field of study and 5+ years of Technician level experience in a non-Semiconductor environment, OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 5+ Years of Technician level experience in a Semiconductor environment, OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of Military experience in an approved Military Occupational Specialty (MOS)
