Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and React-based frontend applications for HCM.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Implement scalable, high-performance solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both server-side and client-side components.

- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.

- Strong expertise in Java, with deep knowledge of its ecosystems and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

- Extensive experience with React and related frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.

- Experience with relational databases (SQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the financial services domain.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Exposure to microservices architecture.
