Key Responsibilities:
Plan and develop a consolidated roadmap for all new software products for HP products, including software that enables laptops and rooms equipment to make the workplace more seamless. Align with relevant business units to ensure business deliverables are preserved
Work with design to drive a seamless user interface experience that is relevant to users and without arbitrary silos
Lead user research, customer conversations, and market data analysis, delivering key insights to help drive the overall app strategy, product requirements, and user experience
Work with engineering project managers, product design, and operations to identify and resolve risks associated with early builds.
Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders
Lead cross-functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, andretrospectives.Monitor and enforce project schedules and quality.
Track and report key metrics to drive future product developments.
Collaborate with launch lead, marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing collateral.
Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the manufacturing engineering organization.
Lead and provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff members
Education and Experience Required:
MBA or equivalent experience; Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.
Experience cross-collaborating to drive projects forward.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
A growth mindset. Must fearlessly acknowledge successes and setbacks, accept feedback, and quickly progress the team to the next step.
Passion for learning and trying new hardware and software technologies and their associated workings, advantages, shortcomings, and application in customer use cases and experiences.
Ability to work independently, effectively management time and priorities, maintain a “problem-solving” attitude, and resourcefully bring forward ideas andrecommendations.
