Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+years experienceworking in product or service design
    • ORMaster's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 6+years experienceworking in product or service design
    • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • with generativeAI and large language models (LLMs) andseamlessly integrating them into the UX of existing product experiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 12+years experienceworking in product or service design
    • ORMaster's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+years experienceworking in product or service design
    • OR equivalent experience (e.g.,demonstratedexperience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
  • 6+years experienceshipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customersas a result ofan end-to-end design process.

Responsibilities
  • Product vision and craft:You haveahigh levelof skillin all levels of design, and understand when to use different artifacts (flow diagrams,mock ups, prototypesetc) to help communicateyourvision or final product designs.You have experience in systems thinking, information architecture and visual skills tomaintaina high-quality bar across all steps of the design process and lead by example.
  • Product alignment and prioritization:You influence product and business strategyforcomplex productsbybalancinguser insights andbusiness goals.Youbreak downcomplex problems and product needs into high quality designsand deliver them on time.You work alongside Product Management and Engineeringleadership todrivealignment onlong termproductstrategy.
  • Lead design in cross-team partnerships:Youdrive complex conversations across products and organizations to advocate for design excellence, shared patterns,and design components,leveragingwork of others across the company and connecting the right partners for the right design problems.
  • Design team:You encourage and drivecollaborationacrossthe design team, encouraging consistent critiqueandgrowthmindset.You’recomfortablementoringand helpingother designers.
  • Product team:Youlead conversationsthat advocate for the needs of our user. Youcannavigate conflicting prioritiesandfeedback, driving consensus and alignment acrossmultiple teams.You can look horizontally acrossall product areas andidentifyopportunitiesto make connections andleveragethe work of others.
  • leadership:You’reengaged inconversationswithleadership about the status and strategy of your product areas.You communicate clearlyandconcisely,andare able toadjustyour content and stylefor different audiences. Youdon’tshy away from toughconversations, andare always honest and transparent.
