Job Description:

In addition to leading the Wholesale Credit Admin employees the manager supports the Commercial Credit Executive in the overall operations of the business. Responsibilities include diverse functions for Regional Credit including:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on projects
  • Coordinating data remediation activities
  • Supporting audit/compliance exams
  • Assisting with audit/compliance/self-identified issues management
  • Driving process improvement and operational excellence
  • Improving client and associate experience
  • Reporting and communications support

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA degree desired and 10+ years of solid commercial banking experience
  • Experience in financial analysis, documentation, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management
  • Analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring
  • Talent Development and Performance management
  • Inclusive leadership and Management experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and partner with all levels of leadership across multiple lines of business (verbal and written)
  • Strong critical thinking skills; detail oriented with ability to problem solve
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking skills
  • Lead or perform complex analysis to make change recommendations to processes
  • Working knowledge of the credit process, policies, procedures and credit platforms preferred
