Job Description:
In addition to leading the Wholesale Credit Admin employees the manager supports the Commercial Credit Executive in the overall operations of the business. Responsibilities include diverse functions for Regional Credit including:
- Acting as a subject matter expert on projects
- Coordinating data remediation activities
- Supporting audit/compliance exams
- Assisting with audit/compliance/self-identified issues management
- Driving process improvement and operational excellence
- Improving client and associate experience
- Reporting and communications support
Required Skills:
- BS/BA degree desired and 10+ years of solid commercial banking experience
- Experience in financial analysis, documentation, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management
- Analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring
- Talent Development and Performance management
- Inclusive leadership and Management experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and partner with all levels of leadership across multiple lines of business (verbal and written)
- Strong critical thinking skills; detail oriented with ability to problem solve
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
