Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify timely storytelling opportunities for Cisco’s customer PR efforts.
Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, media materials, and press content that reinforce Cisco’s leadership in AI-led Customer Experience, AI, security, and networking.

Minimum Qualifications
2-5 years of agency or in-house experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related fields with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
Proficiency in media relations, with experience pitching stories and securing media coverage.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and press materials.
Understanding of enterprise technology, including Customer Experience (CX). AI, security, and networking, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible stories.
Experience working in technology PR, with a baseline understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and AI.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with media monitoring tools, analytics, and reporting to measure PR success.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
