Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with either ERP or CRM
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of SMB customer business needs, challenges
  • Experience with deal cycles with Cloud services and/or programmatic scale campaigns that drive new Cloud business
  • Relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to mentor others
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Analytic skills a plus

Responsibilities

The
SMB Sales Program Leaderis leading our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Power Platform sales program execution within the SMB Corporate segment. This role is a member of the Worldwide Segment Strategy & Program leadership team. The role manages programs and investments responsible for the following priorities:

  • Deliver Business Applications portfolio of solutions revenues and Customer acquisition goals WW directing, enabling, and empowering Partner staff to achieve more
  • Lead and optimize Sales programs strategy and execution across Partners and other channels like Vendor Tele engine
  • Based on the Business Applications Sales Plays, ensure that all sellers understand and can articulate our business and technical value proposition to unlock new business value for customers
  • Capture voice of customer and partner with regular engagements to understand core needs and adjust the plans, programs and investments to address the main concerns and opportunities
  • Lead a clear and pragmatic Partner strategy in partnership with our Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization to scale our reach and deliver exceptional experience to customers
  • Lead SMB Stakeholder alignments for Business Apps across SMC sales teams, Global Demand Center/Marketing, Product, GPS, and Sales excellence to ensure one cohesive plan, clear roles, and responsibilities
