You will contribute to the development ofHoneywell's next generation of products while supporting new products fromconcept development through the start of production for manufacturing cost,yield, and schedule execution. You will be part of a group of highly committedprofessionals who support current product value engineering and theoptimization of the manufacturing process. Use your manufacturing engineeringexperience to support development of new products, standards and processes toachieve manufacturing goals. You will support daily production activities anddrive improvement in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering including, but not limited to, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, software, chemical, process, industrial
- 2+ years of work experience including manufacturing engineering and/or design engineering
- Computer skills including Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD and Solidworks
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation, collaboration
- Lean manufacturing experience, certification in Green Belt or Black Belt a plus
- 4+ years of experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer
- Project Management experience, certification a plus
- Experience with automation and digitalization a plus
- Ability to focus on important information and identify key details
- Capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on tasks
- Application of basic engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
